entrif helps finance teams process supplier invoices in the browser. This policy explains the information used to provide AI invoice processing, Accounts Payable automation, billing, and support.

Account information such as your name, email address, login details, and subscription status.
Invoice data that you choose to process with entrif, including supplier invoice PDFs and extracted invoice fields such as supplier names, invoice numbers, dates, totals, VAT, currencies, and line items.
Usage and technical information such as browser type, extension version, basic diagnostics, and error details needed to operate and improve the service.
To provide AI invoice processing, invoice data extraction, browser-based autofill, account access, billing, and support.
To monitor usage allowances, troubleshoot issues, improve extraction quality, and keep the Accounts Payable workflow reliable.
To respond to support requests sent by email or direct message.
When AI extraction is enabled, invoice content may be sent to AI processing providers so the service can identify and structure invoice fields.
Do not upload invoices or files that you are not authorised to process through entrif.
Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe. entrif does not store full card numbers or payment card security codes.
Stripe may process billing details, payment method details, invoices, receipts, and subscription status according to its own terms and privacy policy.
entrif uses cookies or similar browser storage for sign-in sessions, authentication, and service operation.
The browser extension may use local extension storage for preferences such as AI mode and display settings.
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate entrif, including authentication, hosting, AI processing, billing, diagnostics, and support.
We do not sell personal information.
