Using entrif
entrif provides browser-based tools for AI invoice processing, invoice data extraction, and Accounts Payable workflow automation.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to upload, process, and use any invoice, supplier, customer, or accounting data submitted through the service.
You must use entrif lawfully and must not use it to process data you are not authorised to access.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact support as soon as possible.
Invoice processing and review
entrif is designed to reduce manual invoice data entry, but extracted invoice fields may require review and correction.
You are responsible for checking invoice data, VAT, totals, line items, supplier details, and accounting entries before posting or relying on them.
entrif does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
AI output
AI automation can improve Accounts Payable workflows, but AI-generated or AI-extracted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific use case.
You should not rely on AI output without human review, especially for payment, tax, reporting, compliance, or accounting decisions.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans include monthly AI invoice processing allowances. Annual billing changes the payment cadence, not the monthly usage reset.
Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe.
Plan features, usage limits, and pricing may change over time. Changes will not affect a billing period already paid for unless required by law or agreed with you.
Availability and changes
entrif may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
The service is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser, invoice format, or accounting system.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, misuse, or bypass access controls in entrif or its connected services.
You must not use entrif to process malicious files or content that infringes another party's rights.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrif is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
